Hello friends, and welcome to our online classes section! Here you will find video classes led by our experienced and talented yoga instructors. We have a variety of classes and styles of yoga available for you to access anytime, anywhere.
Class duration ranges from 35 to 60 minutes, and each yoga teacher provides the accurate and mindful instruction you expect when entering a yoga studio. Find classes focused on strength, flexibility, energy, hip & heart opening, and wellness. These classes are waiting for you, any time of day, whenever it’s most convenient for you and your busy schedule.
Note: with the varying levels of volume, echo and music in our recordings and on different devices, we recommend connecting your computer or mobile device to external speakers for the most effective listening experience.

Helpful Hint: many of our instructors use props (blocks, bolsters etc.) in their instruction. If you don't have props at home, you can be creative in substituting various household items should you want them! Some popular substitutes are bath towels, blankets, pillows, thick books, soup cans, sturdy Tupperware etc.
